After multiple meetings with Gaurav, the strategy devised encompassed creative communication and strategic partnerships that would engage and influence key decision-makers in India. The scope of work also involved identifying non-traditional targets to build a point of sale network.
Taj Khazana is a chain of luxury lifestyle stores located at select Taj Hotels, Taj Khazana offers an exclusive boutique experience that is deeply rooted in Indian tradition and culture with a discerning global appeal. Celebrating the boundless creativity of Indian craftsmen, the chain aims to revive traditional art, craft and textiles of this beautiful country and nurture the talent of master artisans and weavers who are sustained through this venture. Considering both brands worked with Indian craftspeople and were targeting similar audiences, building a partnership with the Taj Group of Hotels for a point of sale association with its Khazana stores made strategic business sense.
